These terms apply when you use the services or website of Croc Techs / Computer Resources of Orange County ("we," "us"), operated by Adam Brown as a sole proprietorship in Orange County, CA.

Services We Provide

We offer AI consulting, business setup assistance, branding, and related technology services. The specific scope of any project is agreed upon between you and us before work begins.

No Guarantees on Results

While we put real effort into every project, we can't guarantee specific outcomes, revenue increases, or business results. Technology and business are unpredictable — what we can guarantee is that we'll do our best work and communicate openly throughout the process.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount you paid us for the specific service in question. We're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages — things like lost profits, lost data, or business interruptions that happen as a result of using (or not being able to use) our services.

SMS Messaging Terms

SMS opt-in is completely optional. When you book a consultation through our website, you may check a separate consent box to opt in to transactional text messages from CROC. Checking the box is not required to book an appointment — you'll always receive an email confirmation regardless.

If you opt in, the text messages you'll receive are strictly transactional Booking Confirmations for the appointment you scheduled. We do not send marketing or promotional SMS.

Message frequency is low — typically one confirmation per booking. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. Reply HELP for help. After opting out, you won't receive further texts unless you opt in again on a future booking.

We do not share, sell, or transfer your mobile number or consent status to any third party for marketing purposes.

Your Responsibilities

When working together, we ask that you provide accurate information, respond to requests in a timely manner, and let us know if something isn't meeting your expectations so we can make it right.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of our services after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Orange County, California.
