How We Use It

We use your information to follow up on your inquiries, schedule and confirm appointments, and provide the services you've requested. That's it — nothing sneaky.

SMS Messaging

SMS is strictly opt-in and optional. When you book a consultation through our website, a separate consent checkbox lets you opt in to receive transactional text messages from CROC. You don't have to check it — you'll always get an email confirmation regardless.

If you opt in, the only text messages you'll receive are Booking Confirmations for the appointment you scheduled. We do not send marketing, promotional, or unsolicited SMS of any kind.

Message frequency is low — typically one confirmation per booking. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. Reply HELP for help. After opting out, you won't receive further texts unless you opt in again on a future booking.

Mobile information sharing: We do not share, sell, or transfer your mobile phone number or SMS consent status to any third party for marketing or promotional purposes. Your consent to SMS is held solely between you and CROC.

We Don't Sell Your Data

Your personal information is never sold, rented, or traded to third parties. We only share your info if it's necessary to provide a service you've requested (for example, scheduling through a third-party calendar tool) or if required by law.

We take reasonable steps to keep your information secure. Our website uses HTTPS encryption, and we limit access to your data to only what's needed to serve you.
